A few words about the AIMS on-line permit sales feature, starting with:
INCREDIBLE!
The University of Toronto at Scarborough decided to explore on-line permit sales in 2004.
We looked at a variety of options, including companies that specialize in on-line sales, but found the user fees prohibitive.
Standing out from these companies was EDC, with their proven track record of exceptional service provision to UTSC since our installation in 2001.
EDC staff not only took care of the "nuts and bolts" of the on-line process, but also worked with our credit card processing company to ensure compatibility.
The end result was overwhelming success when UTSC opened its on-line sales option in August 2005.
On our first day of sales, one staff member processed almost the same number of on-line requests as four staff at the office counter!

Over
the past few years, Brock University began actively looking for
a fairly inexpensive, easy to use, yet sophisticated software package
to manage parking permit sales and self-ticketing. AIMS was it!

'AIMS' suited our needs today as well as provided the ability for

Provincetown is a resort at the tip of Cape Cod, our harbor was the first
landing place of the Pilgrims. We have been described as an
"historic fishing village, with narrow streets and a shortage of parking."
We issue 12,000 citations a year utilizing AIMS handheld ticketing computers.
Our parking enforcement officers must account for 2,800 vehicles with permit
privileges and we have numerous timed areas ranging from 15 minutes to 3 hours.
AIMS has provided us with a state of the art, user friendly system that
handles all aspects of our varied needs. AIMS has further helped to develop
a custom program that allows us to electronically transfer all ticket and
payment data to and from our outside ticket processing agency.
They delivered a complex system in less than a month that a previous
vendor could not get right in two years.
The people of AIMS are very friendly and accommodating, problems
are corrected quickly and the system is continually being updated
and improved. AIMS has clearly broken out of the pack in the
field of parking software and automated ticketing. They are a
pleasure to work with, the product is superb and we highly recommend them.

UMKC has used AIMS and the AIMS Ticketers since 1998. We run our entire
enforcement operation and permit distribution system with AIMS. UMKC is in
an urban setting with both open and controlled parking facilities. AIMS
provides us a flexible system to handle our diverse and always changing
needs.
Our staff find AIMS to be easy and straight forward which assists me in
making new staff productive. The Support people at EDC are knowledgeable,

Since 1999, the Parking Operations Division of the Town of Hanover NH has used the
Automated Issuance Management System to issue and track over 25,000
new parking violations each year. The handheld Ticketer and Management software is easy to
use and dependable.
When I call EDC with questions or problems, the phone is always answered by a
courteous and knowledgeable member of EDC, which is important to me. EDC is genuinely
interested in our thoughts and concerns about AIMS and often checks to see how things
are going.
I value the management system most. It is the heart of our operation in Hanover. We use
it to track violations, create accounts, generate late notices, process payments and prepare
reports. In addition to generating tickets, our two "Ticketers" assist our enforcement
officers to identify vehicles owned by scofflaws that are either meter feeding or eligible
for immobilization.
I am very satisfied with AIMS and would recommend EDC to any municipality looking for
a company that provides a reliable product and excellent support.

Sunnybook and Women's College Health Sciences Centre purchased the 'AIMS' Parking Software
and Ticketers from EDC Corporation in order to use them for parking enforcement.
Given our volume, different lot assignments and parking rates throughout our
campuses, the 'AIMS' Ticketers and Software meet our needs.
Thanks to the AIMS Software, we are now able to do lot audits using the AIMS
handheld Ticketers, which I call 'Mobile Parking Databases'. It is
helping us to enforce our facility more than ever. By using AIMS Ticketers
to audit and enforce all our parking lots, we have managed to increase our
revenue and generate additional revenues from parking enforcement.
EDC Corporation's staff are working with our programmers tirelessly in order
to interface our parking database with AIMS Software. This interface makes
Sunnybrook and Women's College Health Sciences Centre Parking and
Transportation Services fully functional in the parking operation owned and
operated by the hospital.
I strongly recommend everyone, especially health care facilities to check AIMS
Software and Ticketers for their parking facilities management.
