City of Santa Cruz, CA has selected AIMS to manage their ticket processing as well as permit issuance, billing and tracking.
The AIMS Web+ will be used to provide customers with online ticket payment, appeals and permit purchases.
Carnegie Mellon University implemented AIMS, AIMS Web, and the Ticketer 3000s for parking enforcement, campus
permitting, and Internet self-serve parking.
Township of Lower Merion, PA has implemented AIMS and the Ticketer 3000s for parking enforcement and
management of residential permits.
Mohawk College located in Ontario has selected AIMS as a replacement to the current parking management software.
Using AIMS, and the AIMS Ticketer 9500, they'll be private enforcement at the college. Mohawk will use the newest AIMS Software
including AIMS Web+ (online e-commerce functionality) for real-time ticket payment, ticket appeals, permit registration, payment and waiting lists.
Algonquin College located in Ontario has selected AIMS as their solution to manage all aspects of parking at the campus.
Using AIMS and AIMS Web+, Algonquin has created an easy to use method for students to have the ability to purchase permits, register vehicles, pay tickets,
appeal tickets, apply for waiting lists using their existing campus login. To streamline operations, Algonquin will also be interfacing AIMS with their existing
Payroll and Financial Management System.
The Medical University of Ohio has recently merged with the University of Toledo. As a result of the merger, the University of Toledo has
increased the amount users to the existing AIMS Software, AIMS Ticketers, and is undergoing the installation of AIMS Web+ to allow for a seamless web
solution for students to self-service their parking needs on campus.
Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport has installed the Ticketer 3000 model and Automated Issuance System with digital image processing.
Tickets are automatically sent to existing City systems for processing and adjudication. The airport plans to expand their operation with
the additional purchase of 20 AIMS Ticketers by the end of fiscal 2008.
Oregon State University successfully implemented the AIMS system in May 2007. OSU replaced their POMS parking program and
AIMS is used to manage all facets of parking ticket and permitting. The AIMS Ticketer model 3000 was selected for electronic ticket issuance.
The AIMS Web+ application will allow online customer services for parking ticket payment and appeal as well as online permit purchases.
Moorhead, Minnesota is scheduled to bring their parking management operations
in-house beginning in 2007. AIMS will allow them to take back control of their operations while
not causing an overburden on City staff. The city will also be taking advantage of the AIMS Web
functionality allowing real-time ticket payments online interfacing with their existing credit card processing center.
Springfield, Ohio has purchased 2 Ticketer 9500’s and the AIS communication software for automated
transfer of parking citations to their current parking management software. By using the Ticketer 9500 netbase,
they are able to install the Ticketers in a remote location communicating to the AIS database using Ethernet transfer.
The City of Port Colborne, Ontario has recently installed AIMS along with the AIMS Ticketer 9500 to replace their
in-house ticket management database and help streamline their operations. Some of the features include automated exports for
plate look-ups to the Ministry of Transportation, and the complete streamlined billing process for tickets (unique to the
province of Ontario) previously provided to the town of Niagara-on-the-lake, and the City of Kingston located in Ontario.
Fanshawe College located in Ontario has selected AIMS and the AIMS Ticketer 3000 to begin their quest of private
enforcement at the college. Fanshawe will use the AIMS System including the online e-commerce functionality for real-time
ticket payment and ticket appeals.
Oakridge Centre located in Vancouver, British Columbia as recently installed Parking 101 along with the AIMS Ticketer
9500 to issue warnings to vehicles illegally parked on their property.
Wilfred Laurier University has been a long-time client using AIS and the AIMS Ticketer interfacing to their University
Banner Software. Recently Wilfred Laurier has upgraded to the Ticketer 3000, and has followed-up with the purchase of AIMS which
will communicate Ticket, Permit, and Payment information to/from their Banner software to allow their Parking Operation to take
advantage of the functionality of the complete AIMS system.
University of Toledo has implemented the AIMS Ticketer 9500s. University of Toledo has been an AIMS user for a number of
years, but had been using AutoCite handhelds up until recently. By using the Ticketer 9500, the University will be taking advantage
of the barcode scanning and digital imaging capability of the handhelds.
University of Windsor has recently upgraded to the AIMS Ticketer 3000, allowing them to attach digital images to tickets issued on the campus.
City of Boise installed AIMS to replace an antiquated in-house parking management program. Custom programming was required
to interface AIMS with the City's Quadrant financial software. The City uses AIMS Web+ for online ticket payment, appeal and permit
purchasing. Pay by telephone is currently being programmed and scheduled to be available January '07. The City replaced their
AutoCite handhelds with the Ticketer model 3000.
University of Pennsylvania implemented AIMS and AIMS Web+ in June, 2006 for total management of their parking operation.
Penn, located in the heart of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, chose AIMS to streamline their parking operation, reduce office traffic,
and provide excellent customer service on a campus with limited parking.

City of Newport Beach, CA has brought their parking management operations
in-house after years of out sourcing with various service companies in the industry. AIMS has allowed
them to take back control of their operations while not causing an overburden on City staff. The new
AIMS Scheduler and AIMS Web internet application has provided many hands free system benefits.
Some highlights:
- Ticket billings are automatically generated and printed off site weekly.
- Automated, scheduled daily import of payments from the City remittance processor.
- Daily import of tickets from non-AIMS Ticketer handhelds.
- Real time customer ticket payment from the internet.
- Real time ticket appeal requests.
- Real time offsite appeal processing via the Internet.
City of Phoenix has installed the Ticketer 3000 model and Automated Issuance System with digital
image processing. Tickets are automatically sent to existing City systems for processing
and adjudication. Some new Ticketer features that are available to all existing customers are:
- Faster electronic timing by location instead of timing by plate & location
- Meter number -> street location cross referencing
- Standalone host sheet plate searching
The City of Syracuse Parking Violations Bureau has implemented the AIMS Ticketer 9500s. Syracuse has been an AIMS user for
the past 2 years, but had been using AutoCite handhelds up until now. A new feature implemented for Syracuse was the ability to
print the issuer signature and electronically store the signature for reproduction on Syracuse's Affidavit of Service . This
approach was first demonstrated using AIMS at City of Kingston, Ontario where a similar delivery notice (CPI) is required by statute.
The City of Mount Vernon, New York has implemented nine Ticketer 3000s and the AIS communication software for automated transfer
of parking citations to their in-house parking management system. Mount Vernon uses the Ticketer 3000s to scan the NYS Registration Sticker
for automated input of vehicle information. Required issuer signatures are printed on the ticket.
State of Minnesota
selected AIMS to issue and distribute parking permits for
all state employees as well as the State Senate, House, and all other
groups. EDC will conduct the first parking lottery as Minnesota restructures
its parking facilities. AIMS will handle payroll deductions, account
billings, car pools, and enforcement activities. AIMS will handle all
collections, notices, invoices, and electronic communications.
Washington State Universityselected and implemented AIMS and the AIMS Ticketer for parking ticket & permit management. WSU uses
the AIMS Ticketer 9500 to issue tickets, permit barcode scanning, and taking digital pictures. Digital pictures are automatically associated
with the ticket record in AIMS. The AIMS MS-SQL database interfaces with the University's point-of-sale system for real-time transaction
processing with student and employee accounts. Online e-commerce is used for parking ticket & permit payments as well as ticket appeals.
Temporary and visitor permits are printed on-demand with permit hang-tag/decal printers.
Boston College
selects AIMS and the AIMS Ticketers for their parking management
system.
University of Ottawa
installs AIMS and Ticketers for departmental parking management,
demand hangtag printing, citation and permit issuance, and AIMS E-commerce.
University of Toronto at Scarborough
expands their AIMS SQL user license and implements AIMS E-commerce.
University of Waterloo
converts AIMS for Access to AIMS MS-SQL. UW also installs Wireless
Ticketers.
